In response to the growing need for home workouts and the ever-growing need for exercise to maintain physical and mental health, we have designed DUBWOD: 14 bodyweight workouts that you can do at home and with minimal equipment. All you need is up to 30 minutes of time, space to do the workout and a jump rope. If you don’t have a jump rope you can substitute movements with exercises such as star jumps and penguin taps, or check out or range of ropes which are suitable for beginners through to advanced level exercisers.
All 14 workouts include scaled options to reduce or increase workload and include RX+ options if using Zeus Heavy Jump Rope, Drag Rope or a weight vest. We are happy to help with exercise descriptions or assistance with product advice should you need a jump rope.

Our Jump Ropes are manufactured to your order specifications after your order is placed. It may take up to 4 business days for your custom jump rope to be built.

Our One-Time Cable Exchange policy (Exchange Policy) allows you to exchange any Undamaged Cable (other than Zeus or Kronos Heavy Jump Rope cables) should you find that your cable length needs to be changed to better suit your body dimensions and jumping mechanics.
