Sorry about that! We try to keep stock of all colour available at all times. We do regular restocks and will have your colour back in no time. If you'd like to be notified when the colour you want will be back in stock, email info@rxsmartgear.com.au.
Shipping & Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused item in new condition within two (2) weeks of purchase. All items must include original, undamaged packaging and cable ties. Â If you receive the wrong product or your product is defective please contact us at info@rxsmartgear.com.au. The customer is responsible for exchange/return shipping. Closeout item sales are final. No returns or exchanges.

Australia Post is our shipping provider. For confirmed delivery periods to your location, please review the estimated time frames at https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/calculate-postage-delivery-times/#/ Express Post and Standard Post delivery times are specific to your geographical location.
On dispatch of your order a tracking number is sent to the email address provided at time of the order. Please use this number to track status of your delivery. If you have not received a dispatch notice please check the email address provided with order is correct, check your junk email folder or contact info@rxsmartgear.com.au for confirmation of dispatch.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide the correct delivery address. Correct delivery address includes unit or suite number, street number, suburb, business name and floor if sending to a business. Rx Smart Gear Australia will not take responsibility for missing items due to incorrect addresses being provided. Rx Smart Gear Australia will not be responsible for costs of resending items that have incorrect shipping details. If you are missing and cannot find the an item using the tracking number provided at dispatch please email info@rxsmartgear.com.au or contacts us here.
Extra Cover postage insurance is provided as an optional extra at checkout. We recommend that postage insurance is included on every sale to ensure that non-delivery by Australia Post is covered should the item be lost in transit. Rx Smart Gear Australia will not accept claims for missing items if postage insurance is not included at time of order.
