In response to the growing need for home workouts and the ever-growing need for exercise to maintain physical and mental health, we have designed 14 bodyweight workouts that you can do at home and with minimal equipment. All you need is up to 30 minutes of time, space to do the workout and a jump rope. If you don’t have a jump rope you can substitute movements with exercises such as star jumps and penguin taps, or check out or range of ropes which are suitable for beginners through to advanced level exercisers.
