The Rx Method's goal is promote a healthy, well-rounded approach to Jump Rope with a focus on achieving your first, linking or producing more efficient double unders. You be taking part in the same program that has been taught to thousands of participants worldwide, including professional athletes, Olympians, Games Champions and a plethora of fitness enthusiasts.
The course can be comfortably completed in 4 weeks if completing 2 modules per week (recommended), or faster if you wish to complete it sooner. We recommend allowing ample recovery time between modules as we encourage explosive movements which your body may not be use to. Please note, you have a maximum of 6 weeks to complete the course before it times out.
Additionally, we offer an online community to ask our coaches questions, post videos, technique reviews etc. Admission into the group will be approved after course enrolment.
