Which length is best for me?
View the sizing chart and locate your height while wearing your normal work out shoes. Then see the indicated rope length recommended for that height. That is the measurement you would select when purchasing your Custom Rx Jump Rope. Please note: Cables supplied from Australia are in even 2″ increments e.g. 8’4″, 8’6″, 8’8″ etc. If the chart recommends an odd cable length select the nearest cable longer (beginners) or shorter (intermediate to advanced) than the cable length recommended on the sizing chart. For example, if you are a beginner, 5’7″ tall = 8’7″ cable choose the 8’8″ cable (one cable size longer). If you are an intermediate to advanced jumper, 5’7″ tall = 8’7″ cable choose the 8’6″ cable (one cable size shorter).
When you place an order with Rx Smart Gear Australia, your custom rope and replacement cable are built by a member of the RXSGAUS team and shipped from Sydney to you in Australia or New Zealand. Each replacement cable is custom measured, cut then packaged prior to it and other RXSG products being shipped to Australia from El Cajon, California. We take great care in building your custom jump rope, and we want you to receive your custom Rx Jump Rope or Rx Replacement Cable exactly the way you ordered it. Because the Rx Jump Rope and Rx Replacement Cable are custom products, we do not accept returns for a refund. However, we understand that upon receiving your new rope, you may want a different cable weight, cable length or colour, so we offer our customers a one-time Cable Exchange. The customer is responsible for exchange/return shipping. All exchanged must include a return, self-addressed envelope for the goods to be exchanged and returned.
Should you find that your cable length needs to be changed to better suit your body dimensions and jumping mechanics, Rx Smart Gear Australia will gladly exchange your undamaged cable for a period of two (2) weeks from the time of purchase. Undamaged refers to a cable that is free of scratches, debris or unnecessary markings on the coating and any bends or kinks in the length of the cable itself. Zeus Cables cannot be exchanged. All exchanged must include a return, self-addressed envelope for the goods to be exchanged and returned.
If you wish to exchange grips they must be unused, unmarked and have the original packaging. Any used grips sent back for exchange that show signs of use will be sent back at the customers expense. The customer is responsible for exchange/return shipping. All exchanged must include a return, self-addressed envelope for the goods to be exchanged and returned.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused item in new condition within two (2) weeks of purchase. All items must include original, undamaged packaging and cable ties. If you receive the wrong product or your product is defective please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. The customer is responsible for exchange/return shipping. Closeout item sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
Deliveries and tracking
Australia Post is our shipping provider. For confirmed delivery periods to your location, please review the estimated time frames at https://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/calculate-postage-delivery-times/#/ Express Post and Standard Post delivery times are specific to your geographical location.
On dispatch of your order a tracking number is sent to the email address provided at time of the order. Please use this number to track status of your delivery. If you have not received a dispatch notice please check the email address provided with order is correct, check your junk email folder or contact email@example.com for confirmation of dispatch.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide the correct delivery address. Correct delivery address includes unit or suite number, street number, suburb, business name and floor if sending to a business. Rx Smart Gear Australia will not take responsibility for missing items due to incorrect addresses being provided. Rx Smart Gear Australia will not be responsible for costs of resending items that have incorrect shipping details. Extra Cover postage insurance is provided as an optional extra at checkout. We recommend that postage insurance is included on every sale to ensure that non-delivery by Australia Post is covered should the item be lost in transit. Rx Smart Gear Australia will not accept claims for missing items if postage insurance is not included at time of order. Only certain handle and cable colours are readily available in Australia. If you’re wanting a specific handle colour we will happily order it from Rx Smart Gear USA for you. Lead time is approximately 2-3 weeks from order. Please note that there may be an additional charge for special orders.
