The Original Rx Jump Rope is suitable for beginners to advanced level athletes and is used in multiple fitness regimens including CrossFit, boxing, functional fitness, HIIT, F45 style, martial arts, globo-gyms and home workouts. Suitable for double unders, single unders, crossovers and beyond, each skipping rope is custom made to your height and includes an inter-changeable weight and length cable that can be changed over to a speed cable in the future.

Being offered in four coated cable weight variations (Buff, Elite, Ultra & Hyper) allows the athlete to find the right resistance amount to match their individual tempo and coordination level. This allows you to slow down and learn proficient double unders as well as providing variation for more advanced athletes to mix up their training and force adaptation.
The ergonomically contoured speed rope handles utilise an industrial grade multidirectional swivel axis bearing system producing a near frictionless rotation. The added patented swivel attachment allows for the cable to reach top speeds or slow it down to suit the athlete’s needs.
The ergonomically contoured speed rope handles are 6 inches long (15.2cm) and 1 inch (2.5cm) in diameter to allow the athlete to maintain the most natural and relaxed grip. This reduces fatigue commonly experienced in the forearms and shoulders. The contoured pinch points allow the athlete to gain pinpoint accuracy to maintain optimal rope shape while still allowing for a relaxed grip. Common in most racquet sports, each handle is hand wrapped with the most absorbent tape grip in the world.

Original Rx Jump Ropes are custom built after your order is placed. It may take up to 3-4 business days for your custom rope to be built.
Please note; using cables on concrete or hard and abrasive surfaces is not recommended. To ensure the longevity of your cable, only use on gym flooring or matting.

a replacement rope that i ordered was too long, and after talking to smartgear the problem was quickly resolved.
i bought an 8'10" rope and it was too long, so ordered an 8'8" rope, but was sent another 8'10" rope, very disappointed.
